The legend lives on . . .

GM HQ, aka "The Tubes"
JIMMY HOFFA. How Jimmy Hoffa Was Buried Under GM’s World Headquarters. Really. Rather inspirational. Now, are there any big building sites in Ottawa? Do Conservatives mix well with Portland?

I know how tempting it is Ed, but can we cool it with the eliminationism? That is kind of the other side's thing.

Rev. — hopefully anybody who reads that will have a laugh; Beavis and Butthead types don't BEAV.

But, if one were to hypothetically ponder, in an academic, abstract fashion, there are much more pragmatic things that can be done, than just playing with concrete. For a basic, practical approach, I recommend starting with Edward Luttwak's classic "Coup d'Etat: A Practical Handbook"

The question is, can someone emerge out of the 'progressive' milieu with the desire and ability to turn back the fascists? As it stands, surveying the progressive totem-pole on the right side of the site, we don't have what we need, yet.

Hoffa is a real cornerstone in the organization.

Eddie I recommend Gene Sharpe and the Albert Einstein Institute: http://www.aeinstein.org/organizations9173.html
I particularly recommend "The Anti-Coup" and "Self-Reliant Defense without Bankruptcy or War" both are relevant in light of your reference to Luttwak. They can be downloaded without charge from the site. Sharpe's theories were significant in the Tunisian revolution.
