There will be much splashing in the Ottawa swamp today

Sometime after 11:15 a.m. Ottawa time you can expect some furious tail slapping as the swamp erupts. There will be howls of "waste" and "scam" and who-knows-what. And the hillbillies, their muzzle-loaders still subject to registration, will growl and lie to try and hide their sins.
