Our old boy Dudley went to the vet for the final time on Sunday, July 15. He was such a good friend and Jane's guardian angel after her cancer surgery 11 years ago. He wouldn't leave her side except to eat and go out to pee and poo for about 3 weeks. Literally. We miss him terribly.
Today we're leaving North Van to go up to the Naramata Bench for 5 days - a friend has a secluded cabin up there. If you go to
this link the picture you'll see is almost exactly the view from the deck. Plus you'll see how many good wineries we'll be able to walk to.
