I know, you think maybe the current perpetual election campaign government has created a new department. Not that it couldn't happen, but no, that's not what this is about.

Well, not quite.

The Department of Solutions is a quintessential Canadian comedy series produced by the Film Arts students of Langara College.

The Department of Solutions is an eight-part comedic web series about life in civil servitude. Set in a backwater bureaucracy created by the Federal Government to catalogue solutions to all the problems in the world, this farce about low-level officials and their off-kilter clients was written, directed, acted and produced by students in Langara College's Film Arts program.
