Harper's Conservatives and the Death Penalty

No more Canadians sentenced to death in other democratic states will be able to call on the Canadian government to intervene.

Next step - the potential of a death sentence will no longer be considered as a deterrent to extradidion.

Hasn't taken them long to get this bandwagon rolling has it?

A couple of majorities and the death penalty reinstatement committee will be drawn up.
