Poseur

Paul Krugman has always struck me as fundamentally decent and likeable man, Nobel and all (perhaps especially so, considering the award), not prone to savaging his opponents with rhetorical flourishes or reducing himself to ad hominem attacks. So when he publicly rebukes another academic and calls him a "poseur", that other should probably pause and reconsider. Especially if the other academic bills himself as an economic historian.

Now back to hibernation.
