Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has written in Rolling Stone a complete, detailed, annotated condemnation of Ohio's theft of the 2004 election for Bush. It's 4 long screen pages with footnotes.
Some Conservatives in Canada may try and read this as a primer. Fortunately, we are not inflicted with the same kind of politicized electoral system as our southern cousins. But I have so little faith in the good intentions or honesty of the Harper Conservatives that I find it easy to believe they would be capable of trying Canadian variants of some of the ploys Kennedy details.
Maybe there are still enough congresspeople in the US who believe that the USA itself is greater and more valuable than a particular political machine and maybe there aren't.
The jury remains out.
