There really is something other-worldly about the people Harper surrounds himself with. Countless press gallery types assured readers that Nigel Wright, for example, was so devoutly religious, he was rarely off his knees. Alexander was touted as some sort of golden boy at Foreign Affairs. Yet, when one looks at them in action, to say they disappoint is putting it mildly.
