Invest 91L, a tropical wave with developing cloud and lightning storms continues to track in a westerly direction at about 10 - 15 knots.
It is in an area with sea surface temperatures at least .5 degrees C to 1 degree C above normal average and in an area where the wind shear is below normal average.
In short, the conditions exist to cause this system to develop into a tropical depression within the next day. Currently Invest 91L is slowly starting to organize, although there is no storm centre at this point.
We'll watch this one.
