US Residents Safe From Terrorism Charges If Not Terror

Cuba and Venezuela want to try Luis Posada in connection with the 1976 downing of a Cuban airliner in which 73 people died.

But Mr. Posada, a former CIA employee, is now in the US and it appears he will not be deported to face the charges even though he entered the US illegally in '05. Immigration charges against him have been dropped.

Mr. Posada declared "I am free" on a Miami Cuban language radio station.

Everybody clear on how this Wowwah on Tewwah works now?
