There's obviously quite a lot to sift through and much of blacked out. But even with censor's ink (a lot of it I might argue necessary especially where names of individuals and descriptions of actions are mentioned), the actual construction of the documents gives insight into the nature of military and government communications in Afghanistan.
This grows more bizarre by the minute.
